This was amazing . I’ve been listening all day. Thank you. Thank you.
Hate to be this person, but this is a big nitpick. The Red Lady was male. He was identified in the field as male, but because he was buried with large amounts of jewelry and other ornimantes, and because the story of a Roman prostitute appealed to William Buckland (who was a creationist, and couldn’t comprehend of bones as old as the Red Lady’s), he was dubbed “The Red Lady”, and the name was never changed.
Of course, we have no reason to believe that he was cisgender.

Anyway, overall, great work on the podcast.
Love it! Thanks for the info. We’ll get it updated.
